Whenever there is a lull in directives coming out of the over-populated and bureaucratic shambles that is the European Commission in Brussels, we can only assume that something ludicrously infantile is about to emerge.
There were hushed reports of both the Italian and Spanish economies imploding a few days ago; this will undoubtedly lead to some form of rescue act. It is, however, confusing as to how this can come about, when most of the funds within the EU have already been decimated; how can a rescue package be brought about from a 'black hole' of debt?
The only other murmurings of the last few days were uttered by that doyen of limited knowledge, Baroness Ashton; this is a person who makes the clear thinking Brit totally embarrassed. Her comments were along the lines of comparisons with the murders in Toulouse of a Rabbi and his children, and Israel inflicting casualties on the population of Gaza, in retaliation for the targeting of rockets on innocent people. How do these dumb folk survive?
AN EU DEATH RATTLE WOULD BE MORE ACCEPTABLE.

A WORTHWHILE DEFECTION.
Having met the former conservative MEP Roger Helmer, and followed his activities in Brussels, I can thoroughly understand his defection to the UKIP Party. UKIP is the only British party in the European Parliament who speak up for the British public. How both the current and recent UK Governments can hold their heads high is completely astounding.
What is the Coalition expecting to gain from the mayhem which surrounds the Eurozone? Meanwhile in Westminster, they have little better to occupy their minds, other than justify same sex marriages, along with anything else concerned with diversity. Sideshows are not proper politics, we have to pursue things that make money, rather than fanciful items which only abhor the normal core conservative voter.
So Roger, the floor is yours. We have to get some conservative attitudes to the fore over there on the mainland. I shall watch with interest. You have certainly joined a party whose leader, Nigel Farage, leads from the front.
MAKE IT STICK.
