AN ANOMOLY OF THE DEMOCRATIC VOTE.

Although Francois Hollande, the socialist, remains favourite to become the new President of the French Republic, is there an undercurrent of votes moving to the right? The National Front contender, Marine Le Pen, having increased her vote considerably, can only indicate the disquiet in certain quarters regarding the European Union, which, as we know, encourages immigration. This has been the best turnout ever for her party.

If we then look at what has happened in a non EU European nation, Norway, where, last year, a bloody massacre took place killing dozens of young folk; in reading about the trial, the slayings were unashamedly committed as a reaction against immigration. We are not saying here, that the French are about to go down such a route. The trend, however, is well and truly established.

What, therefore, is the weakness in the system? In France and very much so in the UK, traditionalists are scared to switch from their normal support, even though their party of normal preference can totally disregard what is promised and required. Naturally, part of the electorate chances its arm, in the case of Britain, UKIP will do better in coming elections by taking votes from the Tory Party. UKIP is really now the Conservative Party. Cameron, who is no more than a 'blue rinse' socialist, will find this out to his considerable chagrin.

We have said in these columns previously, that in the UK, parties will have to do some tricky 'smoke and mirrors' manoeuvring, pretending to offer a vote on Europe. They all might promise this, probably to renege on gaining power. The one party, however, that uses this policy as it's central plank, is UKIP. This is why the party was formed.

THE EU IS THE PROBLEM.

THE BORROWERS, EU STYLE.

The difference between the original film and the European version, is that the Director keeps shouting "cut" before the film-making gets under way. This is explained in simple terms, due to the fact that there are no funds with which to proceed in the production.

Greece, Portugal and Ireland are bust, with Spain and Italy on the cusp of liquidation', plus a 'tricky' France on the brink. That is just the Eurozone; there is more. We have, in these columns previously, referred to Martin Durkin's TV documentary in 2010, following the disastrous Labour years; taking a close look at the British National Debt, which now, in 2012, is probably close to £5 trillion. Mitchell Feierstein, CEO of the Glacier Fund, appears to concur with this appraisal. Check him on your search engine. You will note that Feierstein points out, that the UK Government can't bring itself to confront the problem. In a recent posting on our sister blog; http://polly-tickle.blogspot.com ,  we suggested, that in failing to announce this information on coming to power, said the problem will return to haunt them; a fact that will allow the ultra gormless opposition to goad them. As W.C Fields would have said: "Never give a sucker an even break".

Neither would it be good  for the US of A to be smug about the dire economic concerns of the Western World. Read Mark Steyn's tome, "After America, get ready for Armageddon". To dispel his views would be folly.

WHY DO PEOPLE BELIEVE POLITICIANS?

COMPARATIVE RULINGS.

Very little is happening within the European Union, that is, apart from going bust, and the imminent French Presidential Elections. The current incumbent has had two recent opportunities to recover some ground in the polls, having been trailing by a considerable margin. The first incident was the tragic killing of a Rabbi and his children outside their school; the other was a more palatable gift from heaven for President Sarkozy, two immigrants found, by a court ruling, to be hostile to the Republique. They were deported immediately.

Let us now consider such a situation on the British side of the English Channel, and there are numerous ones. The difference in our dim democracy, we appear to want to keep the ranks that make up the Law Society in business, 'big business', dotting every 'i' and crossing every 't' of the European Human Rights Legislation. This incidentally is all done at the expense of taxpayer GB. This came about under the auspices of the last Labour Government, during Tony Blair's time as Prime Minister. This would no doubt have been done on behalf of Cherie Blair, his wife, a practising Barrister and Junior Judge; knowing full well that this would prove to be a 'nice little earner'. You can't beat milking the public, an art form adopted regularly by 'champagne socialists'. We, therefore, keep thousands of these foreign recalcitrants, who appeal regularly against any conviction, keeping our law operatives in a comfort zone, paid for by the general public.

BRITAIN HAS TOTALLY LOST ITS PRIDE.
