A FRIGHTENING THOUGHT.

We read from an old school chum of the deposed PM, Gordon Brown, that Brown coverts the job of leading the International Monetary Fund. His motivation seems to be to eliminate child poverty. Well, perhaps he'll commence here in the UK, where child poverty is about to take off, thanks to his profligacy.

It beggars belief that such an economic neophyte could be considered for a job requiring the prerequisite of a knowledge of simple accounting; particularly with a view to having more in the bank, year on year. Should he succeed in his ambition, be in little doubt that child poverty will increase annually, costing taxpayer UK, along with others around the world, a fortune.
